There are excellent disciplined proven approach or models in the market that
can be used to improve business performance.
Six Sigma is the quality based program that Jack Welch successfully
instituted at GE. Kotter's
eight step process. a strategic model, is used to understand and manage change
and implement successful transformations. Other models include
Top-Down, which focuses on leadership to orchestrate change and
